All shipments to and from Sierra Leone (import, export and transit) must be accompanied by an “Entry Summary Number (ENS)” or “Exit Summary Number (EXS)”. For this purpose, a corresponding “ENS ISPS REPORT (Cargo Tracking Note / Advance Cargo Declaration)” is mandatory for cargo clearance. Any cargo not covered by a valid “ENS ISPS REPORT” will be blocked for customs clearance/delivery and will incur penalties.

- Copy bill of lading
- Commercial invoice, with separately stated FOB goods value and ocean freight costs (otherwise an additional ocean freight invoice or ocean freight declaration is required)
- Export customs document
- Country of Origin
